Let's deliver the fresh start that Ossett and Denby Dale deserves.
It's time for change. It's time for a fresh start.
I grew up locally in a working class family. My mum was a carer and my dad was a prison officer.
I've spent more than a decade trying to improve our area. From working in the community with Wakefield Trinity, securing local mental health services and running campaigns on the cost of living crisis and ending sewage dumping.
I care deeply about our area. After nearly 14 years of the Conservatives, towns and villages like ours have been let down.
We deserve so much better than this. We deserve change. We deserve a fresh start.

It's time for change.
It's time for a fresh start.
A fresh start: it's time for change
We’re a new constituency. This is an opportunity for a clean slate.
I’m a grafter. I’ve worked since the age of 13. So I promise you that I will be working hard and leading from the front on day one.
We need a non-stop campaigner to stand up for our towns and villages deliver a fresh start.

Country first, party second
Labour has changed since the 2019 general election. But whilst Labour has changed for the better, the Conservatives have been changing Britain for the worse.
The Conservatives have had nearly 14 years in power and they have left Britain broken. That's why Labour will deliver the change we need, put the country first and deliver the long term plan the Britain needs.

MY PLAN FOR OSSETT AND DENBY DALE

1
REDUCE THE COST OF LIVING
Reduce bills for families across our area by insulating our homes and creating Great British Energy, a new British company giving us cheaper bills, new high-paid jobs, and security from tyrants like Putin.

2
CUT NHS WAITING LISTS
Cut NHS waiting lists across Ossett and Denby Dale with one of the biggest NHS workforce expansions in history and make dentistry and social care fit for the future, funded by scrapping the non-dom tax status.

3
TACKLE CRIME AND
ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
Tackle crime and antisocial behaviour with a return to neighbourhood policing, 13,000 extra officers and guaranteed patrols in communities, funded by reforming police procurement.

4
END CONSERVATIVE FAILURE
ON SMALL BOATS
End the use of asylum hotels by setting up a specialist cross-border police unit to crack down on dangerous boat crossings and reversing a decade of Conservative failure, funded by re-directing spending from their failing Rwanda scheme.

5
PROTECT OUR ENVIRONMENT
Protect our environment and improve public transport to link up our villages, tackle the climate emergency with our Green Prosperity Plan and end sewage dumping in the River Dearne and the Calder.
