Thank you to everyone who turned out for the launch of the Ossett Poppy Appeal!
It was a special privilege to meet Harry Birdsall, a 98-year-old veteran who served our country from 1944-1947, including at Normandy.
I am proud to wear a poppy to honour the brave men and women that have fought for our country, as well as raise money for the Royal British Legion which supports them.
